At Strong For Sport, we’re working to change those numbers. Through our personalized strength and conditioning sessions, we give female athletes opportunities to develop their speed, strength, power and confidence. We help our middle school and high school athletes elevate their play, prepare for the next level and train for the physical demands of their sport — and we do it all in a safe, supportive and empowering environment.
(And yes, parents and adult women, Strong for Sport also offers personal training for women who want to build strength, get in shape and age well whether you call yourself an athlete or not.)
